The responsible person shall be based within the EU and their address should appear on the cosmetic product packaging. We can represent you as a responsible person in the EU. The form in which data are available to inspectors is not prescribed; however, it has to provide inspectors with rapid and simple insight into all prescribed data. We have our own format which is very easily understood and very modular for easier access to the information required.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"nav fusion-mobile-tab-nav\"><ul class=\"nav-tabs nav-justified\"><li><a class=\"tab-link\" data-toggle=\"tab\" id=\"mobile-fusion-tab-manufacturerorimporter\" href=\"#tab-49f7dbe866277f9d8bf\"><h4 class=\"fusion-tab-heading\"><i class=\"fontawesome-icon fa-warehouse fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\" style=\"font-size:13px;\"><\/i>Manufacturer or importer<\/h4><\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"tab-pane fade fusion-clearfix\" id=\"tab-49f7dbe866277f9d8bf\">\n<p>Responsibilities of the manufacturer or importer are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Product information files creation (safety assessment)<\/li>\n<li>Notification of cosmetic products with EU portal CPNP<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with labeling and claims requirements<\/li>\n<li>Keep all the documentation of cosmetic product for a period of 10 years<\/li>\n<li>Reported a serious adverse effect of the cosmetic product (if needed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If we represent you as a responsible person, your key requirements as the manufacturer or importer are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Traceability within the supply chain for raw materials\/products<\/li>\n<li>Saving of certificates of analysis and other relevant documents (if you are manufacturer)<\/li>\n<li>Manufacturing in accordance with GMP for cosmetic (if you are manufacturer)<\/li>\n<li>Suitable storage and transport conditions for cosmetic products<\/li>\n<li>Corrective actions in the event of product non-compliance<\/li>\n<li>Reported a serious adverse effect of the cosmetic product (if needed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"nav fusion-mobile-tab-nav\"><ul class=\"nav-tabs nav-justified\"><li><a class=\"tab-link\" data-toggle=\"tab\" id=\"mobile-fusion-tab-distributor\" href=\"#tab-06303ff628b8b8f86f4\"><h4 class=\"fusion-tab-heading\"><i class=\"fontawesome-icon fa-arrows-alt fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\" style=\"font-size:13px;\"><\/i>Distributor<\/h4><\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"tab-pane fade fusion-clearfix\" id=\"tab-06303ff628b8b8f86f4\">\n<p>The distributor is the responsible person where the cosmetic product on the market with their name or under their own trade mark or the product that is already on the market, be amended so as to affect the conformity with the applicable requirements. Translation information about the cosmetic product that is already on the market, shall not be considered as a modification of the product, which may affect compliance with the applicable requirements of the regulation.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities of the distributor are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The cosmetic product is labeled in accordance with applicable law<\/li>\n<li>All the requirements regarding the language<\/li>\n<li>Cosmetic product has not expired date of minimum durability<\/li>\n<li>Storage or transport conditions do not jeopardize its compliance with the requirements of the regulation<\/li>\n<li>Reported a serious adverse effect of the cosmetic product (if needed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><style
