Cosmetic products types
- Emulsified products (O/W or W/O) (e.g. creams, lotions, serums, etc) – low lipid, high lipid
- Lipid-based products (e.g. anhydrous ointments, facial oils, massage oils, etc)
- Gels (e.g. water only-based, water & alcohol-based, and oil-based gels)
- Liquid water and glycerol-based products (e.g. facial tonics, hydrosols, etc)
- Surfactant based rinse-off products (e.g. shampoo, shower gel, cleansing gel, etc)
- Powdered products (e.g. clay masks, bath salts, mud wraps, etc)
- Perfumes and/or aromatherapy products (e.g. essential oils, fragrances, incenses, etc)
- Hard “bar” soaps (made with cold-process and natural additives)
- Oral care products (e.g. toothpaste, mouth wash, etc)
Other product types can be made on request.
Food supplements types
- Capsules (vege): Made with our own unique formulations, with all supporting nutritional and allowed health claims (e.g. liver, bones, cholesterol…)
- Syrups: Based on organic agave or another matrix for various applications (e.g. respiratory, immunity, multivitamins…)
- Oils: High-quality organic oils (e.g. argan, olive, black cumin, evening-primrose, linseed,…)
- Drops: Alcohol tinctures or alcohol-free liquids for various applications. CBD oil-based drops also available (e.g. kidney, cardiovascular, heart, well-being… )
- Food organic powders and grains/fruits (e.g. chlorella, barley grass, goji berries, cocoa, Chaga, MSM,… )
- Water-soluble powders: All kinds of beverages and concentrates (e.g. slimming, vitamins, minerals,…)
Other product types can be made on request.
* Some of the productions (for big scale production) are outsourced to GMP compliant factories.
Organic certified
All cosmetic products are manufactured in accordance with ECOGEA standard for natural and organic products. Dietary supplements and healthy food products can be certified according to EU regulations for organic food (SI-EKO-001 or other).
PRODUCTION CAPACITIES AND EQUIPMENT
Automatic – BIG BATCH production
Herbana company offers medium and high batch production in its own manufacturing facilities or in cooperation with partner GMP compliant factory (for big batch or specific tasks).
Our capacities are:
- 50 kg small-batch turbo-emulsifier cosmetic reactor (semi-automatic)
- 100 kg – 600 kg small/medium-batch turbo-emulsifier cosmetic reactor
- 50 kg – 3000 kg mixing reactor (for liquids, oils and syrups)
- Powder and grains mixing reactor (various sizes)
- Capsules or tablets producing machine (vege)
- Dried herbs mixing machine (for teas or herb pre-production)
We are equipped with:
- Automatic, semi-automatic, or manual filling machine (for jars, airless packs, bottles, pouches,…)
- Automatic and semi-automatic labeling machine
- Semi-automatic and manual liquids, powders, grains, herbs filling machine
- Line heather for filling lipid-based ointments
- Automatic tube sealing machine (tubes fi 3 and 4 cm)
- Automatic and semi-automatic capping machine (jars, bottles, etc)
- Automatic LOT/batch printing machine
- Semi-automatic packing in secondary packing option (cardboard boxes)
Manual – SMALL SCALE / Lab production
Herbana company offers small batch production in its own manufacturing facilities. Lab production is also used for research and development purposes.
Lab capacities are:
- 500 ml small lab scale reactor
- 10 – 20 kg lab-scale/small batch reactor
We are equipped with:
- Manual & semi-automatic filling and labeling machine (for jars, airless packs, bottles, pouches,…)
Note: Labelling of the products manufactured on the lab-scale is usually done by customers.
Production time?
Production time depends on the quantity of the product in a batch and the complexity of the product. Most production processes are completed within 2 – 5 weeks, after all raw materials, packaging, and other necessities for production are in stock. The estimated time of production is given to the customer before the start of the project.

Product specifications, certificates of analysis, and all necessary documentation are available. Herbana products are also certified according to modern international recognized ECOGEA standard.
